Do I need a special license to drive a motorhome?No special license is needed. A valid standard driver’s license is all you need to rent and drive our motorhomes.

How do I reach you during my trip?We’re just a call or text away! You’ll receive our personal cell phone number and we’re available 24/7 to support you throughout your rental.

Can I tow a car or trailer behind the motorhome?Unfortunately, no. Our insurance policy does not allow or cover anything towed behind our motorhomes. For your safety and coverage, towing is not permitted.

Do you offer long-term or temporary housing rentals?Yes! We often work with families needing temporary housing during remodels, relocations, or repairs. Contact us for long-term rental options and special pricing.

Do I need a brake controller to tow your campers?Yes — for travel trailers, your vehicle must be equipped with a brake controller. If you don’t have one, we recommend selecting delivery and setup.

Do your RVs have generators?Yes! All motorhomes come with onboard generators. For travel trailers, you can add a portable generator when booking. Generators are only needed if your campsite doesn’t have electric hookups.

What happens if something breaks or we need help during our trip?We’re here for you! Our RVs are professionally maintained. Contact us anytime if something isn’t working or if you have questions. For extra peace of mind, you can select Roadside Assistance during booking to cover things like flat tires, lockouts, or towing.

Do you allow pets?Yes — in some of our units. We're pet lovers, but some campers must remain pet-free for allergy-sensitive guests. Pet-friendly options are available by request, and a non-refundable pet fee may apply.

What if it rains during our trip?No problem — all of our units are fully weatherproof. You’ll stay safe and dry inside. Just drive with extra care in wet conditions.

Can we pick up or drop off outside the posted times?Yes — we’re happy to be flexible when possible! If it doesn’t interfere with another reservation and we have availability, we’ll gladly accommodate early pickups or late returns. Want a guaranteed early departure? We recommend booking the night before so you can take the camper home and pack early.
