Explore RV Rental LLC Terms of Service

Welcome to Explore RV Rental LLC. By reserving, renting, or operating one of our recreational vehicles, you (“Renter”) agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern all reservations made through our website, in person, or on third-party platforms including Wheelbase, RVshare, or Outdoorsy.

1. Rental Agreement

All reservations are subject to the terms outlined in our General Rental Agreement. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms, including but not limited to our cancellation policy, insurance requirements, and vehicle use restrictions.

2. Eligibility

Renters must be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Only authorized drivers listed on the reservation may operate the RV or tow the travel trailer.

3. Vehicle Use

Climbing on the roof, smoking inside the unit, and allowing pets are strictly prohibited. Speed must not exceed 75 MPH. Texting or distracted driving is not permitted. Any violation of these policies may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and additional charges.

4. Insurance & Liability

Motorhome renters must purchase liability insurance or provide proof of a valid insurance binder. Travel trailer renters must ensure their tow vehicle’s liability policy extends coverage to the rented unit. The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or third-party claims during the rental period.

5. Fees & Charges

Additional charges may apply for late returns, failure to refill fuel or propane, waste tank dumping, excess mileage, generator overuse, and improper cleaning. A full list of potential charges is available on our Policies page.

6. Cancellations

Our cancellation policy varies based on notice given and reservation length. Please refer to the full cancellation terms prior to booking.

7. Data & Privacy

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for booking, communication, and marketing purposes. We may also use photos submitted by renters for promotional content, including social media.

8. Modifications

Explore RV Rental LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
